If you select Benutzerdaten (user details) from the menu, you can manage your personal details, view your usage topics and create new usage topics.

You can change your settings (e.g. email address and password) via the Benutzer (user) tab. Your password must be between 8 and 20 characters long. It must contain upper-case letters, lower-case letters and at least one number. Special characters are also allowed. To confirm a new password, you will be asked to enter your old password.

You can view your current usage topic in the Benutzungen (uses) tab. If you have more than one usage topic, you can also switch between your uses. You can also create a new topic. You can select the topic you would like to view in the table at the bottom of the screen in the Benutzungen (uses) tab.

In the Rechteprofil (access rights) tab, you will find a summary of the archive reference codes that have been unlocked for you. Access rights are always granted for a specific use.
